ELECTRIC SOLDER MELTING POTS
DESCRIPTION
Kerone�s Electric Melting Pots and Tanks have elegant design and tough construction. They are available in round and rectangular shapes with various capacities to meet general and specific requirements. Specific design and additional equipments like special stand, valves, ladles and special controls are available as per the requirement.
APPLICATION
They are specifically designed for melting low temperature alloys like Lead, Tin and Solder metals etc. and having melting temperature up to 500� C. They are highly effective in production as well as individual requirement. The pots for melting materials like glue, wax, plastic etc. Which require low melting temperature can be fitted with lower watt density heaters having same size on request.
CONSTRUCTION
The Melting Pot crucible is made of steel suspended in a steel jacket. The heating elements are placed at the bottom and on to the sides in deeper model for uniform heat distribution and are replaceable. Fibreglass and insulation is used to keep the heat loss to the minimum. They are tagged with INFATROL (percentage input controller) for temperature regulation, pilot light indicator, two meter long, three conductor grounded and metallic cord set.

INFATROL
Thermostat control cannot be used for many heating application. For such case INFATROL is used. It operates on timed cycle in which a set of heavy contacts are opened or closed for varying length of time. The power inputs are controlled from 10% to 100% with the use of manual control. The INFATROL allows control on application where the heat losses are constantly balancing heat inputs.
